Stack O Dice Review

Family Friendly Rating: ★★★☆☆

Average Run Time: 41 mins*

Game System: D&D 5e

Group/Cast Size: 1 DM 3 players Release Schedule: Weekly** Began: May 19th 2018 What Makes it unique: the world of Vardalon starts with it's people being unfamiliar with magic, people may worship a god or study lore but none expect to get magical powers from their studies, people would scoff at the idea that magic even exists until it does. Story Continuity: keeps a running story in which it feels as though there are real consequences, and that the characters actions will effect the world around them. Sound Quality & Quality Improvement: the sound quality starts out closer to what a mic would pick up raw, as time goes on there is improvement in the editing process which leads to an Improvement in sound quality.

Music and Sound Effects: Medium, Music picks up after they get a partnership with Battlebards and sound effects are relatively standard: the swing of a sword with attack roll ect.

Voice Distinctiveness: Each players voice is relatively easy to tell apart though it is somewhat difficult at times to tell weather people are talking in or out of character. Bonus Content:

Level Up: in between episodes when the characters level up there is a description of what happens as each character levels up.

Bloopers: Standard fare of mess ups and such that are taken out of the episodes to make them flow better all put into one or two episodes each year.

Creation Corner: Creation Corner Episodes Involve Rhett the DM talking with or without someone else about Dungeon Mastering Worldbuilding and campaign Immersion.

Also others Including Introspective, Inventories and more…

Rules Understanding: Medium, did not follow the temporary hit point rule properly for quite some time, In addition they are using some Unearthed Arcana content which means extra rules to get confused by.

Social Connectivity Ease of Access: Quickly responsive on Instagram, Twitter and has it's own Discord as well a small Facebook account. Explanation of rating: Stack O Dice Scores 3/5 because one of the characters (Wamberbash) is very socially awkward in many ways, one of those ways happens to be that he didn't care about what he is wearing, being that he can shrink or grow in size this often ends up with him being completely naked, of course as the aim of this podcast Incudes being family friendly the descriptions make it to a maximum of referencing that he is naked.

notes: *Average Run Time: 41 mins Main Campaign episodes are usually longer and bonus episodes shorter **Release Schedule: will take a break from the main campaign during the summer.
